Como é difícil voar um drone hoje…

with one comment

One of my favourite YouTubers, Peter McKinnon, made a video about how hard is to fly a drone on these days.

I understand that we need rules, in some cases, due to the disrespect of people… but, reach a point that we have to have a license similar to a commercial pilot, it’s ridiculous.

Se um drone embater num avião?

with 4 comments

audi_patrone_drone_layout

I’m not sure whether to feel excited or terrified of this concept! It’s called Audi Patrone and it aims to provide police officers with the advantage of virtual visibility via drone from the comfort of the department.

The stealthy design features a 4-rotor system and jet propulsion for flying through town to investigate sudden emergencies or hovering over areas to provide urban reconnaissance. Equipped with powerful lights, cameras, and a VR system that puts officers in the action without actually putting them in action. Do I see everyday citizens being okay with this? NO! Is it in the direction of tech we might expect from law enforcement in the near future anyway? YES.

t’s woolly’s roundup! This incredible footage of hundreds of sheep being herded across New Zealand’s grasslands will blow you away.

The amazing footage shows hordes of sheep stampeding their way across a field, being rounded up by dogs as they migrate to a new field.

The mesmerising scenes were caught on film by aerial photographer and qualified pilot Tim Whittaker, from New Zealand.
