Razer Kraken 7.1 (2014) (análise/review)

Boa tarde a todos! Estou a escrever esta análise a estes equipamentos em Português e Inglês para que saibam da minha experiência.

Hello everyone! I’m writing this review to these equipments in Portuguese and in English to let you know my experience with them. 

Em 2014 comprei uns headphones da tão falada Razer, cujo modelo era o Razer Kraken 7.1, a versão original, os primeiros com 7.1 e, na altura, 109€… sim, um valor considerável dada a qualidade dos mesmos!

In 2014 I bought headphones from the famous company Razer, the model was the Razer Kraken 7.1, the original version,  the first with 7.1 sound. That, for 109€… a good value having in consideration the quality of the headphones.

Em termos de som, espectaculares, nunca tinha testado algo assim… o sistema de som 7.1 veio trazer a maior sensação de estarmos no local onde a acção decorre (se estivermos a jogar ou a ver um filme). Como por exemplo, estarem num local e sentirem o som praticamente a 360 graus, que é uma sensação espectacular!

In terms of sound, spectacular, I had never tried something like that… the 7.1 sound system brought a new sensation, of being in the action (playing a videogame or watching a movie). For example, being in a place an feel the sound 360 degrees, amazing!!

Mas como nem tudo são rosas… a Razer só pensa em vender, vender, vender… e não pensa na qualidade de construção!

But….. nothing is perfect… and Razer only think on selling, selling, selling… and don’t think on the quality of the materials!

Como disse, comprei-os em 2014 (Dezembro)! E, desde 2014, usei sempre com muito cuidado tudo o que tenho de tecnologia e estes headphones, a mesma coisa. Aliás, não foram propriamente baratos para serem tratados mal para se destruírem com facilidade! Tenho o máximo cuidado com as minhas coisas.

As I told you, I bought them in 2014 (December)! And, since that, I use with a lot of care, with all technological gadgets I have… and I did the same with these headphones! And, of course, because they were not cheap, the care I would have to have with them was even more intensive!

E nunca foram utilizados intensivamente ao ponto de, ao fim de menos quase 4 anos, estarem neste estado!!

And they were never used intensively to the point where, less than almost 4 years, they look like this!!

 

E quem escreve esta análise (review) como eu, também existem muitos outros utilizadores pelo mundo foram que se queixam do mesmo!

And, for someone who is writing this review like me, there is a lot of people in the World with this problem! 

Agora, vejo-me obrigado a ter de comprar um produto novo para substituição daquelas almofadas (ear cups)!

And now, I’m obligated to buy accessories to replacement of those ear cups!

Porque no suporte do site da marca, via chat, disseram-me que para o meu já não se fabrica e que tenho de procurar em lojas locais.

Because in the chat support, via chat, they told me that for the version I have, they don’t produce that and I have to try local stores.

É pena, senhores da Razer… porque, depois destes headphones, quando, um dia avariarem, será o primeiro e último produto da vossa marca! Pagar valores altos para não durarem sequer 4 anos… é muito mau!

E estou a falar como um utilizador que ponderava comprar mais produtos da vossa marca, como produtos gaming e o próprio smartphone!

It’s a shame, Razer… because, after these headphones, when they fail one day, this will be my first… and last product of your brand! Paying a lot for an equipment that don’t last 3 years and a half in good condition…. is too bad!!!

And I’m a guy that was thinking a lot on buying more products from your brand, like gaming accessories and the smartphone!

 

Skara Brae

Neolithic village of Skara Brae is one of Orkney’s most-visited old sites and regarded by many for one of the most remarkable monuments in Europe. Skara Brae is a large stone-built Neolithic settlement, it consists of ten clustered houses, and was occupied from roughly 3180 BCE–2500 BCE.

In the wintertime from 1850, a severe storm shoot Britain making widespread damage and over two hundred deaths. In the Bay of Skaill, the storm stripped the land by an big irregular knoll, known in Scottish as a howe, which had been a local landmark. When the storm cleared, local villagers discovered in place of the howe an intact village, albeit without roofs.

 All house have the same basic conception – a big square room, with a central fireplace, a bed on either side and a shelved dresser on the wall opposite the doorway. On average, the houses measure 40 square metres in size with a large square room containing a hearth which would have been used for heating and cooking. Given the number of homes, it seems likely that no more than fifty people lived in Skara Brae at any given time.

The dwellings contain a number of stone-built pieces of furniture, including cupboards, dressers, seats, and storage boxes. Each dwelling was entered through a low doorway that had a stone slab door that could be closed “by a bar that slid in bar-holes cut in the stone door jambs”. A sophisticated drainage system was even incorporated into the village’s design, one that included a primitive form of toilet in each dwelling.

Construir um hotel em 6… DIAS!

Em Portugal temos de tudo:

– Obras construídas ilegalmente;

– Obras que arrancam sem condições para chegar até ao final;

– Obras que, mesmo com dinheiro, acabam por terminar X tempo depois da promessa…

Na China temos um hotel a ser construído em apenas 6 DIAS!

E, como se não bastasse:

– É à prova de ruído (completamente isolado);

– Está com isolamento térmico;

– Preparado para resistir a sismos de magnitude 9. (suponho que da escala de Richter)
