Recently, a map showing China’s stereotypes of Europe has surfed the Internet

Winter in Iceland
I come to Iceland several times in year, but my favourite season there is winter. Why winter, when there’s darkness most of the time and the weather is rough? The answer is simple. Wet Pictures To Dip The Viewer In A Sort Of Oneiric Reality
“The rain washes memories off the sidewalk of life”.
Raindrops, like in a blues song, fall with a repetitive but fascinating rhythm, awakening, as they were called in XVII century, the “blue demons”: a suffused sensation of melancholia. Raindrop Blues Project tries to dip the viewer in a sort of oneiric reality, where the rain seems to fall on everyone, creating evocative images where every element – the street, the sky, the characters, the viewer – is involved in a romantic and, in the same time, melancholic feeling.
As Bob Marley said, when it rains some “feel” the rain, others just get wet.

I get inspired mainly by my desire to express something I feel, though I usually cannot tell exactly what that is” Shumilova explained to BoredPanda.
Shumilova told us her passion for photography manifested in early 2012 when she got her first camera. Her most recent equipment includes the Canon EOS 5D Mark IIcamera and a 135mm lens. As a mother who doesn’t want to miss out on her growing children, she says she shoots every day and processes the images at night.
